PAYMENT TERMS

All sales are final regardless of whether you publish the applicable licensed Article. Payment is to be made by wire transfer or by cheque in euro within thirty (30) days of the agreed sale. Southern News Network will furnish the client with account (and or) address details.

COPYRIGHT AND SALE

Copyright of the Articles contained on the site will reside with the author
The author gives his/her consent for Southern News Network to host his/her Articles on the website (http://www.southernnewsnetwork.com) for sale to clients of Southern News Network.

RESTRICTIONS AS TO USE

The following are prohibited unless expressly indicated on the Invoice:

Using the Articles beyond the terms set forth on the Terms and Conditions.
Creating any derivative article based upon an Article.
Archiving, republishing or transmitting the Articles on any database.
Copying or publishing the Articles to a network or bulletin board, or otherwise distributing or authorising the use of the Articles to be distributed to or used by anyone other than the authorised users.
Sublicensing, re-licensing, renting or leasing the Articles.

JURISDICTION

Southern News Network operates the Site from its office within Cork, Ireland. Any and all disputes, with the exception of copyright and collection claims, arising out of this Agreement including, without limitation the validity, performance and breach thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in Cork, whether or not you are subject to the personal jurisdiction of the statutory laws therein.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Southern News Network and govern the use of the Site.
